Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Even if you're making an exchange or a return, we make it easy. A pre-paid RETURN LABEL is included with every order, so in effect all RETURNS and EXCHANGES are FREE.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of our original date of shipment.

We accept unworn and resalable merchandise in the original package and box accompanied with the original sales receipt. Please, use the prepaid return label and email us at returns@shoestorefront.com.

For refunds we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10 business days upon receiving the merchandise. For exchange we will ship within 2 days upon receiving the merchandise. If we believe the product you returned was damaged or worn we will send it back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Information

For a limited time, our store offers free shipping on any order . The order placed will ship with UPS or USPS ground service free of charge. In addition, the preprinted return label will be included, so you don’t risk anything.

In stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days. When using Ground shipping services, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Back ordered items will be shipped upon item availability. An email notification with an estimated shipping date will be sent and the order can be cancelled at this point in case the client finds the targeted date too far into the future.

Free exchange and return on any order. Every package comes with a return label. If for whatever reason you would like to exchange or return the merchandise, please use the label and send an email to returns@shoestorefront.com. Of course, the merchandise is expected in its original unworn condition in its original package.

We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

You must enter your name, address and zip code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid US addresses (PO boxes are not accepted). The address information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.

Shoes must be shipped to the same destination as the credit card billing address. Your phone number and email address are also required in case we need to contact you about your order.
 

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax.
